Effective date: 5 October 2026 Version: 2026-10-05-v1
This Privacy Policy explains how (“NiyogPoint”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use the NiyogPoint recruitment platform, including registration, candidate profiles, employer/institution accounts, job applications, recruitment communication, interviews and related services.
Operator:
Address: See the official contact details published on this website.
Privacy contact: Use the official NiyogPoint contact channel.
Grievance contact: Use the official NiyogPoint contact channel.
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect name, email, phone, location/district, qualification, subject or specialization, education, skills, employment information, CVs and recruitment documents, application and interview information, messages, employer/institution details, subscription/payment references, account activity, IP/security logs and technical information required to operate and protect the service.
We process personal data to create and secure accounts, verify email/contact details, approve candidates and institutions, publish and manage job advertisements, process applications, review recruitment records, coordinate interviews, provide NiyogPoint-mediated communication, manage subscriptions/payments where enabled, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit/security records, provide support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Candidate professional profiles are not automatically public. Candidates may select Private, Verified Institutions, or Public Professional Profile. Public profiles exclude phone, email, CV and protected documents. The selected visibility is recorded with the applicable privacy-policy version and consent timestamp. Candidates may change visibility through their profile, subject to legitimate recruitment and legal retention requirements.
Relevant recruitment information may be shared with an approved institution when required for a recruitment process and permitted by the candidate’s selected visibility, application stage and applicable law. NiyogPoint’s workflow is designed to keep candidate contact details protected and to mediate recruitment communication. Identity documents are not part of the employer document-download workflow.
CVs and recruitment documents are stored in protected application storage and are accessible only through authorization checks. Identity documents are restricted to NiyogPoint/Admin access unless a lawful and appropriately authorized process requires otherwise. Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, recruitment records, security and fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, contractual requirements and applicable law. The operator should maintain and apply a documented retention schedule for each data category. Where retention is no longer required, data should be securely deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful exceptions.
Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, users may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights through the published privacy/grievance contact. A candidate may also change profile visibility or withdraw recruitment participation where the platform provides that control. We may retain limited records where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Where hosting, email/SMTP, payment, analytics, security or other service providers process information for NiyogPoint, they may receive only the information reasonably required for their service and will be subject to applicable contractual, security and legal controls. Payment credentials such as card numbers should be handled by the applicable payment provider and not stored unnecessarily by NiyogPoint.
We use access control, password hashing, email verification, CSRF protection, rate limiting, protected file downloads, encrypted application secrets, security headers, audit logging, backups and other safeguards. No internet system can guarantee absolute security. Suspected security or privacy incidents should be reported promptly through the official contact/grievance channel.
NiyogPoint uses essential session/security cookies required for login, authentication, CSRF protection and application functionality. If non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking is introduced, the applicable notice and consent controls will be updated before such processing begins. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies can prevent parts of the service from working.
Third-party services may include hosting, email/SMTP, payment processing, security or other infrastructure providers configured by NiyogPoint. Their processing is governed by the applicable service terms and privacy practices. NiyogPoint will not request payment-card credentials through ordinary application forms when a supported payment gateway is intended to process them.
The recruitment service is intended for users who are legally able to participate in employment/recruitment processes. We do not knowingly solicit unnecessary personal data from children.
Privacy or data grievances may be sent to the official NiyogPoint grievance contact published on this website. For general service complaints, fake jobs, abusive content or account issues, please use the Contact & Grievance page. Please include enough information for us to identify the account and issue without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
We may update this policy when the service, data processing purposes or applicable requirements change. The production page will show the effective date and policy version. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
